The Story behind the App

I love writing and developing ideas through stories.

But whenever ideas came to me, I rarely had paper nearby. And when I did, my notes quickly turned into chaos — scattered pages, unfinished thoughts, no clear overview.

So I started looking for a simple way to capture ideas the moment they appeared, without relying on paper.

While searching for better ways to structure stories, I came across the Story Circle framework. It immediately made sense to me and felt intuitive — but using it only in theory or on paper wasn’t enough.

I realized that what was missing wasn’t the method itself, but a practical, visual way to use it while writing — with small hints at the right moments.

So I built a simple app for myself — it took time to refine it, to rework ideas, and to let go of convenience. A visual Story Circle that brings the framework directly into the writing process.

With Story Circle, writing became calmer and more focused. I could sit comfortably, write wherever I was, and always find my way forward in the story.

What started as a personal solution became Story Circle — a simple, intuitive app that helps ideas turn into complete stories.
